What does the 1–Year Product Warranty cover?
This Product Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the product warranty period. During this period, Mesop Studios will replace, at no charge, products that prove unsuitable due to improper workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
How long does coverage last?
The warranty period for products purchased from Mesop Studios is 12 full months (365 days) from the date of purchase. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product warranty period.
What does the 1-Year Product Warranty NOT cover?
The 1–Year Product Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
How do I claim my warranty?
We sincerely hope you find your Mesop Studios products suitable and derive ongoing pleasure from them. However, should you find a product is not suitable, we would be pleased to coordinate a swift refund or replacement in accordance with the terms set out on this page.

How long does a replacement product take to receive in the USA?
Mesop Studios products are created for shipping utilising Amazon's Fulfilment network in the US. We are pleased to assure our US customers swift delivery of replacement products in accordance with Amazon delivery times, which are usually between 1 - 3 days of order creation US wide.
How long does a replacement product take to receive outside of the USA?
If you have placed an order on Amazon.com from a destination outside of the US, delivery times will vary depending on your location. However, we will always strive for prompt delivery of your replacement product and communicate shipping and delivery times efficiently.
I have purchased multiple product sets. Do I need to register multiple warranties?
You are not required to register multiple warranties for products you have purchased together in a single order. One product warranty registration will cover each product you have purchased in a single order.
